No wait time for scheduled appointment. Immediate greeting by super friendly staff. Dr LaNeve is so gentle, does his own cleaning. No hygienist which I think is great. After your cleaning he then proceeds with telling you his findings. I saw him today and it was a great appointment!
I was searching for a new dentist and I interviewed 3 top dentists recommended by my oral surgeon. When I met with Dr. LaNeve I knew I had found the guy I wanted. He was interested in me and my health. No other dentist gave me that feeling and attention. "Wow, this Dr. really cares" that amazed me compared to every dentist I have ever met. After the initial consultation, I immediately set an appointment. That was in the mid 90's and I never went to another dentist since.
First the staff is awesome and it only gets better from there! Dr. LaNeve is the best dentist I have had the pleasure of knowning. I would certianly recommend him to anyone who wants excellent dental care.
I have used dr la neve for over 15 years and I began to see a pattern of greed and lack of accountability where I can longer refer him as a dentist. It is due to my long term experiences and “forgiving” or looking away at certain things which brings me to this review status I will say to beware of Tammy his sycophant receptionist. She is his screener and utmost defender as if he can do no wrong. She does the talking so to speak / she wears the pants and is snide and controlling no more space
He is the best. He always fits us in if we need anything. His staff will play with my kids while I get my teeth cleaned. He has been wonderful to us for many years.
Very nice office staff and great dentist.
I really slacked on dental care in my 20's due to bad experiences and went to Dr Laneve and haven't looked back. He is a great dentist and a great person.
