I absolutely love RUA. Every person that I had contact with or saw while there are amazing. Dr. Houlihan was awesome. He made me comfortable and kept me well informed through the entire process, from first visit to post surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.
I have been extremely impressed with the level of care that my brother has received at Rockford Urological Associates. The front desk team and the clinical staff have been exceptional, providing compassionate and attentive service. I had my vestecomy on 2/28. Going in I was nervous because how do you prepare for something like that? Lol. Dr.Houlihan came in, introduced himself and was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he was going to do. He even asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen too. Right before the procedure he explained to me how to control my breathing while using the laughing gas which I would highly recommend. I was very, very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Houlihan and his staff. They were professional and kind and the treatment was successful.
I would recommend Dr. Houlihan to any gentleman looking to get a vasectomy. Him and his staff at Rockford Urological was beyond satisfying! Dr. H was very informative and very comforting during the whole procedure, even rocked the eagles radio during the snip snip.. Thanks again, Dr. Houlihan!
