I have been with this office for many years. Last April I lost my job, in the middle of a treatment plan for 2 implants (my two front teeth). During this time, I made this office aware of my situation, giving them $1200 (in June 2018) with the agreement that I wanted my plan finished with their office, but never giving the go ahead to make the implants since I had no type of income (last office visit was July 2018 - stressful because my car broke down on the way to their office.
