Dr Cywinski and his staff are very professional in every way. Wait time was very short. He spent all the time I needed to answer all my questions in the exam room. His assistant was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I had to call the office a couple times to ask a few questions of the doctor and they got back to me within a half hour with the answer.I would definitely recommend this doctor and his staff.Prompt, courteous, professional
Visit was quick and effective. Nothing to be nervous about. Staff was very freindly.
My primary recommend I visit for an issue I was having. From check in to walking out the door, it was less then 30 minutes. Everyone in the office was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Bonus the office is right behind Wegmans, I was able to get my shopping done too.
A good doctor, he is nice and easy to talk and ask questions.
Dr. Cywinski, and his staff, were extremely nice, courteous, and professional for the entirety of my appointments and procedures.
Office quickly scheduled an appt do an urgent matter. Dr.Cywinski immediately addressed the problem and took care of it that day in the office. He put me at ease during the procedure and his care was excellent!
Dr Cywinski has performed numerous procedures on me due to ulcerative colitis and hemorrhoid problems. He is always available to help on short notice when pain is an issue, and he is very professional and efficient. I am a medical doctor myself and I chose Dr Cywinski because of his excellent reputation as well as his extremely pleasant demeanor.
My daughter saw him for a surgical consult. He took his time explained everything and made sure we had no other questions. Very kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend him!
He has been my doctor for over 20 years and he has always been knowledgeable, caring, understanding and explained everything that you are going through. I strongly recommend him to ANY and EVERYONE in Western New York.
