My 13 year old son was having recurring tooth pain and dentist could not figure out why because it looked perfectly healthy. we got referral for Dr. Cox, made an appointment three days out however my son was in so much pain and there was so much swelling Dr. Cox was willing to see him right away. We arrived and five minutes after we were seen! He told us it was very small fracture causing nerve exposure and creating infection and my son had to have root canal done. He was mortified! An emergency root canal the day before I head to Minnesota. They took me in, called my insurance for me, kept me updated, got the root canal done in the same day. Dr. Cox kept making sure I was okay. Walked me through the procedure. Then complimented my stoic (his words) demeanor. My last root canal my dentist actually told me my teeth were frustrating. Professional, helpful, caring staff, genuine concern for my comfort. Office was clean, modern, and comfortable and not a long wait. Dr Cox's and assistant wanted to be sure I understood the procedure and that it was the right choice. They answered all of my questions without rushing me. I felt No Pain! Dr Cox provided his cell number to call if I needed him regarding any issues. He personally followed up with me the next day to be sure I was ok. Simply exceeded all of my exceptions and alleviated all of my fears. Thanks Doc!

I am so glad I read the reviews and selected Dr. Cox to do my root canal. As others wrote, The Doctor and his staff are as great as they could be and made me feel totally comfortable through the process. I arrived for my appointment at 130 and was out the door at 245 and never experienced any discomfort. Dr. Cox even personally called a couple of weeks later to be sure all was well which was another pleasant surprise. Wow! Many scary stories I heard from family & friends about root canals. Dr Cox and staff immediately dispelled any reservations or concerns I had. Consumate professionals who made my experience practically pain free! I was most impressed that three days after the procedure, Dr Cox personally followed up with a phone call. I HIGHLY recommend using Dr Cox if you need oral surgery.
