My partner and I were lucky to live here for 3 years from 2021 to 2024. Apartments in the West end (and downtown in general) can be quite pricey, but we were fortunate to have started renting here during the pandemic when the prices were a bit lower. Fantastic residence Building, run by professional and engaged managers. I rented an apartment there for one year and couldn’t have wished for a better place to live. Newly renovated, fresh, clean, everything worked as supposed to and the view was amazing. ❤️❤️❤️ I miss this place dearly.
Worst administration ever. Do not recommend. New problems almost every week. Now we are without laundry and will lose access to our balconies during 2 of 3 summer months, without previous advise. Last month we had serious water and plumbing situations.
