Not only do the weekly sessions help strengthen my muscles and enhance my flexibility, but Matthew 's personal touch and enthusiastic demeanor always uplifts my spirit as well. Years ago I was diagnosed with both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. My physicians have been completely astounded and amazed with my fitness level, especially my flexibility, which they attribute to my devotion to Pilates with Matthew.
