Not interested in helping you with what you came in for. Just wants to do procedures for more money.
Horrible!!! Would have been better off going to the Vet, at least the Vet would tell me there was nothing they could do. He is arrogant, and if you don't do things his way, then it's no way. We ended up at Barnes Urology and they are amazing. The surgery Kincade said no other doctor in the US would perform was performed last week. Removal of the prostrate for cancer. His nurse Bobbi is amazing, efficient and friendly. Do your homework, ask for second opinions
This man has helped make my life miserable for months. I had surgery from him but he was running late that day and I was last in line he did not even stay to tell my husband I was out of surgery he left immediately when he was done. The surgery was a miserable failure with absolutely no apology of any kind If you try him make sure its a good day and he's. not in a hurry
Dr. Kincade did my surgery today, He did an excellent job, along with his team of staff members. I would recommended him and His Urology team any day.
He is rude and extremely conceded. There ended up being nothing wrong with me but got a second opinion and I had cancer Dr Kincade missed. He talked down to me like I was dirt and he was too busy to deal with someone like me or something. I'm a professor and highly educated. I tell everyone I know NEVER to see Dr Kincade. Arrogant man doesn't belong with Mercy. The staff was amazing, he ruined the name of Mercy for me and not just me. I changed insurances because of him.
I have been to 6 Dr.s, ER's, Urgent Care in the last 6 weeks!! No one diagnosed the pain I was having 24/7. Took all kinds of antibiotics, pain pills, bladder spasm relievers, blood tests, xrays, IV's........... 15 minutes with Dr Kincade, and he nailed it immediately. Was having IC symptoms and he prescribed wonderful, pain relieving meds, as well as a plethora of other options if needed. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and wise. I felt so much hope when I left! EXCELLENT +10 from me.
