I had the pleasure of working with Matt & Donald at the Property Brokers group and can't recommend them enough. I was the lender on a transaction that required every tenet of real estate and Matt excelled. Difficult negotiations were handled very well and all bases covered. Pro tip: Listen to his advice about staging and making small (and sometimes large) changes to your home prior to listing to help maximize your sales price. It's worth the extra effort!
Our son referred us to Matt after him and his wife purchased their first home from him. We interviewed 3 realtors and Matt was prepared and ready to answer any questions we had when we wanted to list our home of 40 years. We listed just as the market took a huge change, but Matt kept us updated the entire time. Our house took a little time to sell but the communication made our lives a little easier.
