Matt helps us every step of the way. When we made the decision to sell our home he worked with us to get ready and then within 2 days of listed got us a full price offer for our home. He took the time to show us countless homes as we searched for our new house and helped negotiate a great deal. I had the pleasure of working with Matt & Donald at the Property Brokers group and can't recommend them enough. I was the lender on a transaction that required every tenet of real estate and Matt excelled. Difficult negotiations were handled very well and all bases covered. We have worked with Matt for the buying and selling of two homes so far, and wouldn't work with anyone else! He's knowledgeable, honest, and patient in a setting that can be challenging, fast moving, and filled with emotion and excitement. Pro tip: Listen to his advice about staging and making small (and sometimes large) changes to your home prior to listing to help maximize your sales price. It's worth the extra effort!
