We have worked with Matt for the buying and selling of two homes so far, and wouldn't work with anyone else! He's knowledgeable, honest, and patient in a setting that can be challenging, fast moving, and filled with emotion and excitement. Pro tip: Listen to his advice about staging and making small (and sometimes large) changes to your home prior to listing to help maximize your sales price. It's worth the extra effort!
Our son referred us to Matt after him and his wife purchased their first home from him. We interviewed 3 realtors and Matt was prepared and ready to answer any questions we had when we wanted to list our home of 40 years. We listed just as the market took a huge change, but Matt kept us updated the entire time. Our house took a little time to sell but the communication made our lives a little easier.
