Saw Dr. Agan today following a first time seizure I had. He was very kind and really took his time with my husband and I. The rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Dr. Agan!
Love Dr Agan. The office is hard to get in touch with sometimes but they are super sweet & helpful
Live Dr Agan but the office is horrible. They will never answer the phone & they don’t send reminders about appointments. Unfortunately I’m gonna have to swap Dr’s because of this
He is wonderful. However, I do not believe his support staff is so great. We have called multiple times and never received any calls back from his office. I am sure he is unaware of this lack of communication as he truly is a very kind and caring Dr. Just a poor reflection when you can't seem to get a return phone call.
Want to know exactly what it takes to a get a call back for a patient with dementia and Alzheimer's? Do they not take priority as well? We are up to 10 calls that have gone unanswered, Bad business practice and neglect.
