I was referred to Dr Matthew Cavagnaro at Buffalo Medical Group to review my MRI of Rt Shoulder rotator cuff tear. There office personnel was friendly, explain process. Then I meet Dr Cavagnaro who was knowledgeable with respect while explaining my MRI & advised I need surgery. He explained procedure, results after surgery & answered all my questions & concerns. I went to Dr. Cavagnaro for a second opinion based on a friend’s recommendation with the shoulder surgery he performed on him. My visit was about the possibility of total knee srrplacement. I was not dissatisfied with the first surgeon I contacted but still wanted a second opinion. I am opposed to having surgeries unless it’s absolutely necessary as the last resort.
