Excellent dental practice filled with friendly dental professionals. Dr. Matthew Roller is thorough and a good communicator, explaining the procedure while making preventative recommendations.
Called to schedule an appt using the ER hotline for my broken tooth and was replied to with a deep sigh, and scolded for the hour I called at. Im sorry that emergencies dont schedule themselves, I'd rather be in pain than be reprimanded like a child for an actual legitimate emergency. "You cant be calling my home number at this hour" then dont be a medical professional who offers an emergency hotline.
Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever ha the experience of not having work done on site. Dr. Roller just past me along to another dentist... Edward M. McGrady
I saw Dr. Roller for about 7 years and he was hands down the best dentist I've ever had. Even after moving to Charlottesville, I continued to drive to Staunton because I wasn't willing to lose a good dentist. I always felt he was looking out for my best interest and not trying to sell me on expensive or unnecessary procedures, which unfortunately hasn't been my experience before seeing him or since leaving (relocated to another state).
