Had an appointment with Dr. Burris’s through a referral from the VA. It was a very pleasant experience. He gave me the diagnosis and conclusion I was wanting to hear and sent me out with blessings for a long life. I would recommend him and have told the VA they should continue to recommend him for their community care referrals.
I was referred to Dr. Burress by the ER doctor. She told me that she thought he was a good surgeon . When I went to TMC for my pre-op appointment I was told by staff in radiology and lab that I had a “great” surgeon. I met with Dr. Burress and he was informative, reassuring and patient. I recently required surgery. Dr Burruss had performed surgery on my wife previously and we were very pleased. I too visited with Dr, Burruss concerning my condition. His staff is great! His nurse was very informative and wonderfully explained the process. Dr. Burruss has a great bed-side manner and explained everything in detail. Not that surgery is 'fun', but Dr. Burruss and his staff made my surgery as pleasant as could be. I highly recommend him!!
Was referred to Dr. Burruss by my PCP. After an informative consult, day surgery was scheduled. His staff was helpful in preparing me for surgery day. Was also impressed with Texoma Medical Center and all those that assisted.
I had a very good experience under less than pleasant circumstances, e. g., presented to ER and kept for surgery the following day. Dr. Burrus was direct, brief and informative. I appreciate his in hospital and post surgery focus and manner.
