I just did a virtual visit with Dr. Eric Thomas and it is hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. It was very similar to a previous review… unfortunately I did not get to pick the provider that contacted me. I have a UTI and have had 50 plus over the last 15 years I get them chronically. Dr Lisa Kellogg is more like family to me. She listens to me.... Truly listens. She will facetime if you really need her, and she will take GREAT care of you! I thank God for her. I absolutely love her and appreciate her hugs and her honest opinion. She cares which says a lot.SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She is loving and caring.She never talks over you while you are speaking.She always listens to what the parents have to tell her.

I needed to get some antibiotics for a uti, got connected with him and he seemed irritated already. I was trying to explain to him that I have a uti and I have a history with them so I know what my symptoms are but he refused to believe me or let me finish describing what I was experiencing. I was trying to communicate my problem but would get interrupted to be belittled or told I don’t know what I’m talking about. I have seen Dr. Kucich since 2021. She and her staff are wonderful. I have always had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Kucich and Brandi. Both are amazing. Anytime I have a question or need an appointment I just send a message through the app, and they respond most of the time in less than 24 hours. They listen and answer all of my questions. Rude staff. Not helpful whatso ever.
I see her for multiple sclerosis. She always takes the time to answer a patient's questions. She never talks to me like I'm an idiot, as some doctors do. She's very kind and caring. It took me a long time to find her after moving to the area from MI where I was diagnosed. Other physicians here were terrible and spoke to me like I was stupid. She doesn't do that and takes my concerns seriously. I have referred others to her, as well.
