Dr. Brust is very thorough and takes the time to talk through issues. He takes my thoughts and feelings into consideration when making decisions. The only negative (and the reason why I only left 4 stars) is that it is an exceptionally long wait to see him past scheduled appointment times. For example, if my appointment is at 3, I can guarantee I won't see him until 4 at the earliest. I know the high wait is because he really takes time with people, but just know you'll be planning your whole day around a visit.

Dr. Brust is an excellent physician and takes the welfare of his patients very personally in his concern for what is best for treatment or recommendations to continue a healthy lifestyle. I have been going to Dr. Brust for 22 years and drive from Smyrna to continue to get treatment from him. As long as I am able I will continue to drive to Nashville for my medical care from Dr. Brust. He is a physician that is doing it for the right purpose, he actually cares about the welfare of his patients.

Dr. Brust is an excellent physician. He is thorough, kind, and professional. He also has a sense of humor. I have been a patient for 20 years and would recommend him to anyone seeking a primary physician.
Dr. Brust has been my physician for many years. He is very thorough, and always takes the time to discuss all your questions. In 2006, Dr. Brust discovered that I had cancer. I was there for a routine visit; however, after discussing my personal background and my family history, he decided that I should have an additional procedure. The procedure indicated that I had renal cell carcenoma. The visit is always very pleasant. All the nurses are friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Burst is very friendly ever since I’ve been going to him.
He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to really speak with you and treat you like a friend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brust for over 10 years..even thou I moved to another city, I still travel to Nashville to keep him as my doctor. I highly respect him due to the fact over the years he takes the time to truly listen to his patients and not rush them out of the room, he works with them to find the best results for their health issues and concerns.
