Had labs drawn two months ago and unable to get a human on the phone to go over and prescribe appropriate medications needed. The staff say someone will reach right out, but never hear anything. They also say they can’t find your lab work when you can see the results in your lab portal. I’ve felt terrible for months now and can’t get anyone to listen.

I am a case worker with a community mental health organization and recently accompanied a client to a medical appointment with Dr. Brandon. I was unimpressed with Dr. Brandon’s professionalism. On several occasions, I overheard him making fun of the client that I accompanied to the appointment. I don’t mean to complain but I believe that Dr. Brandon needs to be held accountable for his poor professional judgment and subsequent actions. I will be discouraging clients from seeing Dr. Brandon in the future.
Dr. Brandon is just the type of doctor I've been trying to find. I have found him to be attentive, understanding, reasonable. On my first visit with him, he spent all the time with me that I needed to discuss my concerns, ask me questions, and answer my questions.
Dr. Brandon has extensive experience and is able to pick up on signs other doctors might miss. He's also has very disarming personality, while being approachable and has a great bedside manner
Amazing Dr! He actually listens to you & has a great bedside manner. He truly cares for his patients & is by far the best Dr I've seen.
