Dr Boyd has been repeatedly dismissive of any concerns that I've had. When I had a hyper extension in my knee, I was prescribed minimum therapy to help with muscles. When I explained, though, that there was a consistent popping in my knee and that it was repeatedly coming out of place, he shrugged the concern off. Dr Boyd is one of the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable Docs you'll ever find. I changed hospital alliance/ care facilities to follow him when he moved to Spectrum. He's a really great Doc. I won't go anywhere else. Plus the facility in Grand Haven is really well run and has anything you need.
Dr. Boyd always gives me the time needed for each appt.
