Dr Boyd has been repeatedly dismissive of any concerns that I've had. When I had a hyper extension in my knee, I was prescribed minimum therapy to help with muscles. When I explained, though, that there was a consistent popping in my knee and that it was repeatedly coming out of place, he shrugged the concern off. I've walked with a hobble ever since this experience. When I had a serious concern about my health related to symptoms of COVID, he told me to drink water and call back weeks later. Dr Boyd is one of the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable Docs you'll ever find. I changed hospital alliance/ care facilities to follow him when he moved to Spectrum. He's a really great Doc. I won't go anywhere else. Plus the facility in Grand Haven is really well run and has anything you need.
Dr. Boyd always gives me the time needed for each appt.
