He's patient and not pushy. He's one of the two best doctors I've ever had!
Dr B has been our family Dr for a few years now. We became his patients after our previous Dr retired. Dr Boutell has been awesome. I highly recommend him. Kind, caring and very knowledgeable. 5 stars isn't high enough. A very good Dr and a good man!
Doesn't listen to the problem, doesn't help. Do not recommend.
The worst dr I have ever seen. I now know why people refer to Dr.s as quacks. My wife and children went to him after an accident and for follow ups. He paid them no attention. Maybe spent a total of 2mins. He even acted like he didn't even know how to perform an exam. I urge everyone please do not use him. He is dangerous,neglectful and in my opinion the biggest idiot I have ever seen. He should not have a medical license.
Dr. Boutell is amazing. He's kind, cool, and understanding. I use swear words. I can be honest with him. Like truly honest and he never ever gives me that creepy vibe like my male chiropractor does 🤣. I hate Metro. But Dr. Boutell used to be with Grand Valley Health plan and so he wasn't tainted by Metro. And he's been with this Metro office now for a year and he's still the same great doctor! So thank you Dr. for not changing!
