The staff was friendly. Dr O’Steen spent time going through test results. I always feel as though he wants to ensure I have time to ask questions and takes time to explain the answers.
Dr. O'Steen is cordial, communicates clearly, and answers all questions. He doesn't rush himself or his patient.
My husband and I were impressed by Dr. Matthew O'Steen, he was laid-back and friendly. He created a sense of calm. He listened to my concerns, and took immediate action to help me. He also gave me some reassureance, after relaying my symptoms to him. There was even a sweet, and subtle comedic exchange. After the initial appointment, I had an EKG, and was fitted for a heart monitor within a mere few days. My next appointment is next week, so I am well on my way to a certain diagnosis.
