Very good place for glasses
The optometrist was amazing. However the vision center told me they did not accept my insurance. I then said I would like to pay cash and she still referred me to a different place. She made me feel like it was very unwanted there
Dr. Cutter is the best eye doctor. His calm voice and demeanor make you feel immediately comfortable. He is kind and professional while explaining each step of the exam process. He answers all my questions, and is never rushed even though I'm sure he has a busy schedule. His staff are also kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
Dr Cutter was great. However 52 mins sitting in the waiting room with not one person communicating they are running behind. Was there for 2.5 hours for a simple routine eye exam. Also got stuck with a bill that my insurance would have covered if billed through vision. Apparently it was billed through medical and they failed to mention this.
Definitely trust Dr Cutter with my eye care. He is very knowledgeable and he cares about your vision care. The staff were very pleasant
