I love Dr Cepeda. He is a friendly, calm, genuine, funny and caring human being. I have been his patient for nearly eight years. I have watched Matthew grow from a young budding doctor to overseeing his medical team with grace, ease and confidence. He is direct but gentle. He gets to know his patients and give's glimpses into his personal life too, if you ask. Matthew’s compassion truly shines through in how he cares for and treats his patients and medical team. We are truly lucky to have Dr Cepeda here in Elk Grove.
Always quick check-ins at the front. Only a few minutes waiting for my name to be called by the nurse. Seen by the Doctor a few more minutes after the nurse gets done leaving the room. Awesome service!!!
Dr. Cepeda is one the best Dr's out there! Hes been taking care of my moms health for over 10yrs. He takes his time with my mother, sits patiently and really listens. He goes over detail with her health and asks thoughtful questions and answers all of hers with care. He treats his patients like his own. It's rare to find a dr with such kindness, compassion and dedication.
Dr. Cepeda makes me feel comfortable about my issues with my medical issues and has inspired me to get in better shape by his words of encouragement vs what I have experienced before.
