The office was very accommodating. Dr Apter has been my doctor for many years. I’m very grateful to him for keeping me healthy.
If I could rate a zero, I would. I was supposed to have my initial appointment with Dr. Apter yesterday, However, I was running late. I called the office about an hour before to let them know and I was informed by the call center that there was a 15 minute grace period and I should be fine. The office called me back and said that I was given wrong information and that there was no 15 minute grace period and that they would have to reschedule me Because Dr. Apter is very particular and would not approve for me to be late.
