Dr. Apter and his staff are AMAZING, CARING and VERY PATIENT! I am a very Nervous Nellie with high anxiety! From the first phone call until my colonoscopy has been very positive. I called to make an appointment and I wasn't going to be seen until the middle of August. The next day Dr. Apter's office called and Dr. Apter had a video appointment with me that afternoon! My appointment with Dr Apter was amazing. He actually listened to me. We talked in his office and not an exam room and he looked into my eyes instead of into his computer screen! He listened to me and without ordering one damn test he told me what was wrong. This is how going to the doctor used to be before a 100% corporate profit motive took over our healthcare system. Thank you!
He has been up in my colon many times. I wouldn’t want anyone else do any procedure but him. He is the best!
Dr. Apter, expertise and experience are clearly evident in the thoughtful and empathetic way he approach his patients. His ability to blend medical logic with genuine compassion is truly remarkable.Not only does he address the medical needs of his patients but also take the time to engage with them on a personal level, making them feel heard and understood.
The most human dr I have seen my whole life. My husband and I are so grateful To have him as our gastro. Always here to help and listen. He takes his time in explaining conditions and throws funny jokes here and there. I can not ask for a better dr.
