Dr Parousis and his staff are great. I have been going to him for 13 plus years for kidney stone removals. He even went to a different hospital to assist with one surgery. My parents went to him for years. He treated my dad's prostate cancer and he had great results.
This doctor has been treating me for low testosterone and associated erectile dysfunction for a number of years. It really makes a difference when a doctor puts me, the patient, first and genuinely considers my preferences for treatment. He treats what can be a sensitive topic with empathy and with just the right amount of subtle humor. Most importantly, I trust his judgment. Don’t suffer in silence, this doctor could really help!
My son and I were on a bicycle trip on the GAP trail from Pittsburgh to DC. In Frostburg, my son had severe testicular pain. It was a testicular torsion. Dr. Parousis was able to clearly explain what needed to be done, put my son at ease and then save his testicle in a 45 minute surgery. I was amazed and extremely relieved. I cannot thank the doctor and his team enough. We are forever in their debt.
My son has been seeing Dr. Parousis for over a year now. He is very personable , compassionate and willing to explain and take time with his patients. We’ve never had to wait long for our visit and we trust his medical expertise.
I found him to be very personable, answered my questions asked, listened, and concerned. Pleasant office visit, nice surroundings. Referred by my primary physician. The office staff explained took care of billing and contacting the insurance company. Provided a checklist and requirements prior to surgery, what to expect, do, and don'ts. The day of surgery eased my anxiety. The entire staff worked as a team. Professional care.
Dr Parousis went above and beyond to take care of me. When I was having issues he stayed with me to get the situation taken care of. He's very personable and has a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Parousis was amazing. He was very kind when he came into the hospital to see me and explain everything in detail !! Then he came back on his lunch break to do my surgery!! I could not have asked for better care.
He comes across as a regular person who is willing to talk and listen to the patient. I'm very confident in his clinical expertise.
