This is the worst managing agent in Manhattan. You should choose Douglas Elliman or NMC. Everyone in the building complains of a complete lack of responsiveness and the building is falling apart.
DO NOT USE OR TRUST this management for your building. They will put your building out business. A BIG STAY AWAY!!!
