Unfortunately, my experience echos one of the other posters on here - I left a half dozen messages over a period of about three months, and never heard back. The last message I left, I spoke to a woman who assured me she would get the message to him, and even then, I never heard back from him. (the prior messages, were on his machine, and I tried to be understanding that maybe there was some technical error and he wasn't getting them.) NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!! I tried to make an appointment because I was impressed by the website. I called and left a message. No one called me back. I emailed. No one emailed me back. NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! It has been two weeks. Still, NO RESPONSE... NO COMMENT!
