The doctors and the staff are excellent the patience not so much grumpy old people
First off, Dr. Causey and the techs and nurses are GREAT. A 5+ rating. Since the clientele is all senior citizens, waiting and delays are not well received. I didn't get called back until 40 minutes after my appointment time. After being evaluated by the tech, I went to a holding area with about 10 other patients and 10 spouses. 30 minutes later I saw the Dr. In the holding area, the natives were, let's just say, restless. Shouldn't do that to Old Folks.
Dr Causey and his staff were friendly and informative for my annual eye health visit.
