Dr. Kienstra is the best! His bedside manner, energy and personality go unmatched. He's amazing at what he does, very knowledgeable and experienced. I wouldn't have trusted anybody else with my procedure except for him and can't be more happy with my choice! Doctors like Kienstra are a rarity. I'm so thankful to have been referred to him!
Dr. Kienstra was a fantastic surgeon! He is very attentive, kind, and wants to make you look natural while still getting the best results. He is patient and will answer any question or concern you may have. His whole staff was fantastic as well. I got my surgery during a bad snow storm and the nurse, Veronica, came in on her day off just to make sure I am doing okay and to show me how to do my wound care/cleaning properly. Everyone in this office is very professional. I look forward to my appointments because they are more than staff, they are friends.
I am very disappointed with the results of my eyelid surgery. One eyelid is still saggy and the other is half saggy and the other half wide open. Which makes me look like a freak from snap chat. I hate, hate ,hate what my eyes look like.
I've had medical issues my whole life, Dr. Kienstra has always been the most respectful and compassionate. He is a straight shooter, I will definitely never meet a tremendous individual like him again!
