Great company for those like me who do not want to take part of the managing aspect of rental properties. Cindy and staff are very helpful and resourceful and will get your propery ready if needed of repairs or cleaning. Once ready, it gets listed over many platforms, which helps get great exposure and speeds up the rental process. Working with Carlos was easy as he is very responsive and very detail oriented. My husband, my 2 year old son and I are renting from this company. I’m not going to mention all the other stuff that’s wrong with our property that matteucci is ignoring. I want to focus on the rat that fell out on my ceiling the other night while I was eating dinner, inches from my food. They know the place has a rat problem and has done nothing to block enter points the rat are coming in. I have a 2 year old this is a safety concern at this point. As a long time previous tenant whom now owns a home (both thru MPM) I cannot be more satisfied with all my experiences. Not only do they care about taking care of my properties, more importantly they cared about me as a tenant (didn't have that with other large PM companies in the area.). My girlfriend and I rented from them for a couple of years and never encountered any issues. Any problems were fixed quickly and any questions were answered within a few hours at the very most. If we ever moved back to Stockton we’d definitelt go to Chris first.
Working with Chris Matteucci has been nothing short of wonderful! As stressful as moving is, he helped us find multiple options, always answered our calls, and made sure we moved into a place that fit all of our needs.
