Dr. Matteucci is a wonderful doctor. He is extremely caring, knowledgeable, personable, takes his time with you. He explains things well so that you can understand everything. Dr. Matteucci doesn’t hesitate to refer to other doctors when needed. He is not arrogant, and I would recommend him!

Thorough and Compassionate Care
Dr Matteucci is probably the most unprofessional and incompetent doctor I’ve never met. He didn’t call me back when he said he would. He acted clueless about my issue. I waited for a month for this appt for nothing.
The office staff is horrible. I could only have one time for my apt. I waited an hour to go back. The bathroom was unclean. Then I waited another 45 min. The doctor came in swearing constantly and maligning excuses. Then he didn’t know what to do with me. He yells at his staff. He is always getting texts, personal phone calls and interruptions. The office is dated and unclean. The staff is rude. The doctor is incompetent, boorish, rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would never recommend!
I waited a month to see Dr. Matteucci. I pre-filled out all of the paperwork before arriving. The office was crowded. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was called up to the front desk. I accidentally brought my dental card instead of medical, however informed them it is all the same insurance with same member ID number and that I can bring the card back. They said I could come back in a month and a half. Very poor customer service.
Six days after cystoscopy with biopsy, I had to call to find out results. The doctor's nurse called back about 4 hours later with results and a diagnosis of chronic cystitis with no treatment plan. The doctor then could not see me for a follow-up for 6 weeks.
I have been going to Dr. Matteucci since he opened up his practice. I have received excellent care on every one of my visits. He is very patient and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and needs. On top of being a great doctor, he is also a great guy who works very hard to make his patients happy. I recommend seeing Dr. Matteucci.
Friendly staff. Dr. Matteucci spends adequate time with patients. Great doctor! Explains treatment well. :)
