Had me wait 2.5 weeks after i moved out a property to do a final walk out. Tried to charge me a clean up fee with a hand written receipt with no evidence of what needed to be cleaned a month later.
Horrible property management. Does not supply owner's statements without asking for them and then there would be discrepancies in the accounting on a regular basis, including their percentage rate. Lets tenants do what they want without any repercussions. Does not supply photos of before and after, including damages to the property. After firing this company they did not give me the keys to one of my properties, nor did they supply the walk-thru paperwork, tenant information, etc. I would never recommend this company for any... read more
