My husband and I have used them for a few years. Have always responded before and was timely. I don't know what has happened with this company recently but my husband and I have been waiting to have our spring extermination and was promised by the woman whom answered the phone that they would stop by that same day to treat the house. They did not show up as promised and both my husband and I have to reach them and left 4 messages with no return phone calls. May look for another company. What a shame.
