I truly love the counseling, I’ve been coming to matters of the heart up to five years or more. I experience a lot of family trauma and if I didn’t have my support system and counseling with Ms. Valerie, I honestly do not know where I would be… definitely give this a chance, my life have changed for the best.

Valerie is one of the best at what she does. She’s helped me in so many ways when it comes to my mental health and helping me understand what I need to prioritize when it does come down to my mental health also. I would recommend anyone that’s looking for therapy to try anyone from the matters of the heart family.
