Very Good Food brought by a GREAT Server – I really like this restaurant. My husband and I go there about every week, and I keep meaning to write a review. Always make sure you sit with Kathy if you can, she's really fun and a great server. Honestly, that's one of the reasons we go so often, even though the food rocks. Best bread side EVER! – Along with of couse the obvious great food and great atmosphere Matteo's shows its above and beyond as soon as you get your bread. Along with each basket of bread comes this delicious grilled eggplant. It has pepers and oil on it and it is SO GOOD. I go there just for that some times!
real italian – This restaurant was a sheet delight! It is wonderful to find a REAL restaurant, not a chain, not a third generation Italian "chef" this place is an authentic experience. The chef is from Southern Italy and moved here in the last few years...and the food shows it.
