Went here on Sunday October 22, 2017 with family for my nephews 30th Birthday dinner. Food was awesome service was excellent! Highly recommend Matteo’s. All staff friendly and respectful! Love Matteos’s
Matteos has a great reputation for fantastic family style Italian food. When my family and I took my mom to dinner there we knew it was going to be great food. What we didn't know was who our waiter was going to be. Carmine was both engaging to everyone at the table and knowledge to each specific order. Been there many times NEVER DISAPPOINTED incredible service, Great Food Great Time.
My husband and I went to Matteo's on Saturday to celebrate our anniversary. Got there @ 5:30 no wait to be seated. My husband ordered the chicken special with mashed potato and shitake mushrooms in a brown sauce I ordered Chicken Francese and asked for a side order of cappellini pasta with the same francese sauce for $9.00 my husband then said I would like some pasta also then the waiter said it has to be on the same plate?? Staff was lovely an accommodating. Great food and atmosphere, reasonably prices !!! LOVE LOVE LOVE �They handled my group of 22 as if we were family, the wait staff helped with the surprise Car Cake and sang Happy Birthday to my husband. Thank you, Mrs. S. Thompson, Ozone Park, NY 9/30/17
