Dr. VALENTI has been my DOCTOR for many years! He has bedside manners and listen to you and your health and emotional complaints.I am over 70 years old and he has been the best Doctor I have ever had..and his staff are all very friendly and caring also ! I feel that he need to be Voted Doctor of the year through Corewell Health !
I reached out to address a refill issue with my primary physician and was prompted to the front desk (Cyntereia), only to experience unprofessional conduct. Cyntereia was dismissive and hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone higher up. When I attempted to call back, I was hung up on again.
