I scheduled an appointment online per the sites instructions and received a call saying I scheduled for the wrong time slot. It took me 15 minutes on hold to return their call. Suddenly all of the appointments I looked at are unavailable and the next availability is 2 weeks out. I tell the receptionist/office staff that I need to be seen before that and she hung up on me!! I’m glad my appointment got canceled because poor bedside manner is a huge trigger for my PTSF
Dr. Valenti is an awesome PCP! I was sursprised to see less than the maximum amount of stars for him considering how personable, thoughtful, and knowledgable he has been over this past year with my family. However, upon closer inspection, I notice that many people mark down for a poor office related incident, which may not actually reflect the quality of care they receive. This is not to diminish those negative incidents, just to point out that the ratings are based on various factors.
Impossible to get any response by phone My chart message online is no better I sent Dr Valenti a message and 5 days later I still had not received a reply Desperate to get some help we made an appointment only to have him come in talking about his vacation and himself asking my husband how he was doing….obviously he hadn’t even bothered to read any of his chart before coming in or the message we sent him asking for help. Best physical experience ever.
Dr. Valenti is the best caring doctor. That is why I go out of my own work entity to see him. Always explains everything and has compassion understanding.
