Owner is terrible unprofessional rude
I would like to say that I worked with ken and that everything went perfectly. I cannot however because he refused my business. He came out to give me an estimate and upon arrival at my home in Middleburg Heights said to paraphrase that this area is too cheap for him to work. After a 20 minute talk and pleading w him to at least give me a quote I was happy to see that he at least did provide me with one. I called to ask for an estimate for a flashing repair and the gentleman who answered the phone said 'We'll pass,' and hung up. Definitely not a great impression.
These people are terrible to work with. I don't recommend them.
