I always have great experience everytime I have a non chip manicure/pedicure service also a hand parafin with Mimi; she is very caring what she does and hears you out what you want in a service. 10+ ☆'s.
I showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked several times if they could do it exactly and if they are familiar with the technique and they assured me. When I complained about it being messy, I was told it looks exactly like what showed them. It looks like a child drew on my nails and was nowhere close to what I wanted and it wasn’t the 3D effect I was looking for. They should have told me it’s not something they did. If I could give negative stars they would have it. Upset doesn’t even quantify what I feel.
I had a fantastic experience at Matte Nail. The salon is clean and beautifully set up, with strict hygiene (new files/buffers and sanitized tools). Linda took great care shaping my nails and cleaning the cuticles, and the color selection is amazing. The gel finish is smooth, shiny, and long-lasting—no chips after several weeks. Clear pricing, on-time appointment, and super friendly staff. I’m definitely coming back!
