The installation crew was very respectful & professional. They answered all our questions & explained unit operation. They included instructions & a demo of our new smart thermostat. They even worked over to troubleshoot a connectivity issue from our old thermostat wiring. We had a really good day. Thanks for being a group we can count on.
Then Dave came out and had us back up and running in absolutely no time! It was a simple fix, and he had the part available on his truck. He explained the nature of the problem in detail and broke down the very reasonable pricing clearly. He articulated the benefits of Ferguson's annual maintenance program as well.
They have proven to be the best service provider for anything HVAC related the past few years I have used them. Fast, respectful-service throughout. From the start, customer care has been a huge help in scheduling and communication. Clear, quick, honest and incredibly nice is how I would describe her.
