Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Got a brand new furnace installed in November. Stopped working mid January. It has now been 3 weeks and we have not been able to get a technician out to our house to take a look. We have called probably 30 times at this point and still no luck getting anyone out here. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
My tech was awesome, professional, nice, knowledgeable, he figured out the issue fixed it and I am so grateful, he even took the time to remove of what we thought was poison ivy and he didn't have to do that so I am very grateful. Yes I would recommend Mattco Heating And Cooling Co.
Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. turned a miserable Monday around when my heater broke down. Their rapid response was impressive. The following day, their expert technicians arrived and efficiently fixed the issue, leaving me thoroughly delighted with their professionalism and courteous service.
The service was the same day. The technician checked everything in regards to our air conditioning. He explained and demonstrated how to keep it efficient and how to keep the house cool. Overall a great experience and I will use Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. again.
