This is the second time I have used the air duct cleaning service from 2019. This company is reliable, professional, and thorough. We received a quote within a day of contacting the company. Jack scheduled our cleaning appointment for the same week. He arrived on time and did our entire house (22 registers/returns) within 2 hours. Technicians placed drop cloths in each space they worked. We had an issue and Jack was there within the hour. He did a fantastic job in explaining what he would do to fix the issue. He was polite and we would be happy to have him back in a heartbeat.
They really take customer service to the next level! Not only did they come out on such short notice the owner took his time talking to me and helping me through the process and personally delivering portable AC units to hold me over. Prices seemed high until I got estimates from One hour and Sean . All star came in significantly less with better warranty protection. So glad I found these guys. Highly recommend!!
