I had the pleasure of working with Allan when my client's fountain decided it didn't want to work anymore. Allan saved the day! He came out promptly, assessed the issues, and provided us with a stellar plan of action and estimate to get their fountain back in action. He is a joy to communicate with, (very clear and keeps you informed of his findings) and he also offers monthly maintenance so issues like ours don't arise again.
