New place to try to deserts
Absolutely sketchy business. I was in the process of sending them a wire transfer, when after five days of the service they sent a guy over to my property to intimidate my occupants. Everyone was freaked out - and the invoice they sent said the payment term is 15 days! He doesn’t even read the invoices he sends out. Not to mention my fountain still smells horrible so I’ll be removing it.
Allen is a gem! I originally hired another tech to do the work, and he flat out swindled me. I called Allen after reading reviews and he came to diagnose the problem an hour later. When does anything ever happen that quick any more??? He came back 2 days later as promised to fix it and it cost me a very reasonable amount. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Alan came through with flying colors. The fountain was not installed properly by the previous company and since then it hasn’t been functioning. Alan was able to assess and remedy all the issues. You can count on his knowledge, strong work ethic and friendliness.
Found Allan through reviews and he did not disappoint. He was friendly, responsive, and helpful. He deep-cleaned our two fountains and they look and function just as they did on Day-one. He knows what he's doing. Highly recommend Allan and Mattbell!
