This is my new one stop eye shop. Great service,kind and professional. The Doc really takes her time with patience,doesn't rush you and is just a well rounded person. My wife has a disability and the staff was very accommodating. The lady's behind the counter were just going out of there way to assist our needs, and we were first time customer's. Mattawan Family Eye Care is our new one stop shop for all our Eye care needs.

Dr. Seim and her staff are incredible! You can tell that she truly cares about her patients. She takes her time during my appointments and will address any concerns that I have. The front desk staff are so welcoming and will make you feel like family. I will never go anywhere else!
The people here are so kind and helpful. They have the best customer service. I have had trouble with my glasses in the past and they were more than helpful and patient as I picked out new frames and had to have the glasses adjusted so they fit properly. They are really there to help people. They have great follow up. A very quality organization!
I find myself compelled to share the utterly infuriating ordeal I endured with this practice. Theresa, the optometrist, was initially friendly during my visit, but the nightmare began when she prescribed glasses for my blurred vision. These lenses, allegedly addressing binocular vision dysfunction and astigmatism, proved to be a disastrous choice.
