To start, I'm not a person who gets my nails done as I do my own. I also know nothing about this business or anyone who works there. What I will say is that I saw that they generously donated to the GoFundMe for Mabinty "Binty" Janneh who was tragically killed by a carjacker in Mattapan. 💔 THAT act of generosity made me want to shout them out. 🙏 (I've shared the fund on a few sites, so take a look at it every night.)
rushed my work, charged me $125 for rushed work, and said it was being rushed and still charged me that amount also leave me with a cut on my nails
Not a great experience at all , my first time there and probably the last . The pedicure was amazing my toe nails came out looking really good and neat , I have a very small pinky toe but she was able to sill paint it . The pedicure was 45 dollars for a French tip on my natural toenail which I thought was a bit high . The salon is pretty good for the price, especially if you are not super picky. The staff is nice, but I do think they should avoid rushing clients when they walk in, even if the person is a walk in. The techs are definitely skilled and I really loved the shape of my nails. However, once I got home and saw them in better lighting, I noticed a few small imperfections like slight smudging and even a brush hair on one nail. I don't know how to feel about this place. My first time here. I made an appointment for the same day but later in the afternoon. My appointment was at 4. Noticed I was sitting there for like 45 minutes until I finally decided to get up and see what was going on. Lady said they were busy and sorry. I decided to go ahead and got a pedi first. When I tell you that was the quickest pedi I've had ever gotten it was crazy. My feet were literally in the water for like 12 minutes. No rubbing or massaging the legs. Crazy right. Then... read more
