I would have given -10. Scott Max probably the most "racist" person I have ever meet. Would never go with Mattamy homes again. We came to buy the home not to impress you. He didn't even show us the house that we signed up to see and kept giving us an attitude when we asked about it. Why ask us to come by if the house we asked about is not even for sale. If you want to buy from these people, I would highly recommend requesting a different sale person.
