My wife and I were looking for a new house and once we found Waxhaw landing we knew this was the place. Renee was great and very knowledgeable. The layout of the house is great. Also, the team is quick to fix any issues; I had a small issue with a small dent inc the floor and they contacted me and came to fix it quick. I have been looking for a new home for several months when my wife came across Mattamy homes. From the moment I walked into the model home I knew this was it. The layout was perfect and the price was much lower than other builders. Renee was kind enough to explain to us the details when it comes to Lot, upgrades, and amenities.
