Waxhaw Landing is an absolute stunning community. Rick couldn't have been more accomadating with every step of the way on home purchase and Mattamy really builds a quality home. We are so excited to move in next month!

The people in the office were very nice during the home-buying process, but once the purchase was completed, it became difficult to get answers or support for concerns and questions.
