My wife and I were looking for a new house and once we found Waxhaw landing we knew this was the place. Renee was great and very knowledgeable. The layout of the house is great. Also, the team is quick to fix any issues; I had a small issue with a small dent inc the floor and they contacted me and came to fix it quick. Also, they still keep an eye on the house, I left my garage open and was contacted and asked if I want that to be close. I know that’s not their job but I really appreciate that.
