Area is quiet, nice neighborhood, great location and roomy for family who enjoys the nice size rooms and backyards for kids to play or pets to roam around
If you want to have a rough build experience and live in a poorly constructed home, in a “gated” (guests just speed through the resident gate) neighborhood where neighbors don’t respect the HOA rules and no one does anything about it - this is the place for you!
Was looking into the communities and hoa are supposed to take care of the grounds and painting of the townhouses too.. Why is there still blue tarps from the last hurricane.. we decided not living here..
Construction quality seriously lacking!
