We bought a Mattamy home in hopes that we would be receiving a good quality home. The repairs since closing on this house have been endless. Major Ontario Building code violation in the basement where HVAC vent was not meeting minimum height clearance it’s been months of trying to get this fixed which is a huge concern. Windows are leaking. Poor finishing in the kitchen where the hardwood isn’t even touching the lower cabinets and there’s a gap there. We have been really disappointed.
