I’ve owned my townhome at Cheney Townhomes for almost two years, and my first year was peaceful. Unfortunately, once the neighboring unit became a rental, my experience changed completely. There is frequent excessive noise late at night, loud music, banging, and poor upkeep, including trash and debris left outside.
