A “luxury community” without the luxury. Completely disappointed with the amenities (pool/spa)that have not been operational for months. Every complaint falls on deaf ears from Mattamy and Campbell Properties. Landscaping is a less than desirable, replacing palm trees with oak trees without notice to any residents. HOA (Campbell Properties) holds annual meetings and does not action items identified by residents. Lighting is not sufficient for walking at night.
