Just closed on a home here with my clients and honestly it came out great. RiverTown Springs is such a solid neighborhood…they’re going to love it here. Good people, beautiful area, everything you want in St. Johns County. If anyone’s thinking about buying out here, hit me up. I know and love this area.
Avoid this builder at all cost!!! What ever community they are in, go elsewhere!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could Poor quality and unskilled contractors All they care about is pushing the sale. Because once you’re in a contract, there’s no way of getting out.
