We are extremely disappointed with Mattamy Homes due to a major lack of transparency during the sales process. There were several things we feel we were intentionally mislead about. We were never told about a cell tower being built just hundreds of feet from our new home. We were told the land behind our house was owned by Mattamy and would remain woods and trails, only to find out that it is owned by another developer and will be torn down for more homes. Let's talk Warranty. To start, Jason is helpful and accommodating. He's been able to access my home for some repairs without me present, which is a life saver. Candice was very motivated and communicative initially. Unfortunately, multiple scheduled service calls ended in a no show and no one communicated prior to me reaching out. One item in particular was noted as covered by one team member while not from another. The item was considered a "courtesy" which made it acceptable to no show and reschedule.
