Let's talk Warranty. To start, Jason is helpful and accommodating. He's been able to access my home for some repairs without me present, which is a life saver. Candice was very motivated and communicative initially. Unfortunately, multiple scheduled service calls ended in a no show and no one communicated prior to me reaching out. One item in particular was noted as covered by one team member while not from another. The item was considered a "courtesy" which made it acceptable to no show and reschedule.
