We purchased this house in 2020 as new construction. We've had issues with moisture since day 1. We've had over a hundred emails with their warranty department over moisture related issues, including paint, drywall, grade, slab-foundation, flooring, stormwater drainage, and the like. Mattamy has already replaced the floor once for cupping. The exact same issue with the same exact cause is occuring and Mattamy will not address the issue. I wish I can give zero stars.Never buy a home with Mattamy homes Raleigh division. Molly Galloway is manager who is a liar gives wrong info and supported by her manager Donna. They play with customers emotions promise things on phone and when we ask to write it on paper they don’t respond. Worst thing is when we try calling customer care and try to complain either their voicemail is full or they don’t setup voice mail.
I had a horrible horrible experience with them with our prospective home at magnolia park, They had the audacity to use moldy and damaged wood. Upon pre drywall inspection we notified our construction lead of the issue and he kept dismissing it and was very apathetic to the concerns we raised. I had to spend hundreds of dollars on mold test and additional inspection to get them to admit it was mold. "MONROE" at the Magnolia Park Townhome in Garner, NC is such an AWFUL / TERRIBLE salesman on earth!! I was so shocked that Mattamy hired this kind of salesperson to represent their reputable company. He was so pushy, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional....deserved to be fired!
Lowest possible quality. Worst service. Tried to not pay my realtor her commission. I suspect their agency will avoid sell their homes after our experience. Don’t buy from them
