"MONROE" at the Magnolia Park Townhome in Garner, NC is such an AWFUL / TERRIBLE salesman on earth!! I was so shocked that Mattamy hired this kind of salesperson to represent their reputable company. He was so pushy, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional....deserved to be fired!
Lowest possible quality. Worst service. Tried to not pay my realtor her commission. I suspect their agency will avoid sell their homes after our experience. Don’t buy from them
I want to thank H&H Homes for an good product to visit. My appointment @ 562 Summerwind Plantation Drive could have gone a little better considering I had an appointment and we were interrupted for say 30 mins, but Rod Hudson "Realtor onsite" handled it professionally. I liked the Jordan model, although I was on the fence with a first floor master bedroom, but it is doable. 1/21/18: Have more too add since we've run into more problems. The driveway was never put in correctly. The concrete eroded away before we moved in in one spot but they put a patch in that they said would fix it. Well the patch failed and the driveway is now cracking and sinking. We reached out to Royal Oaks to ask them to fix what never was fixed and they said yes it's a problem but they will not fix it.
